Firm overview:

After working for large regional and national law firms and a Fortune 500 company for eleven years, Paul Grant started Grant Law in 2004 to provide high-quality legal representation and advice to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses in the areas of commercial/business litigation, bankruptcy/creditors’ rights and business transactions. Grant Law is located in Golden, Colorado and predominately serves clients located in Colorado and Texas but also represents clients throughout the United States in transactional and litigation matters. While Grant Law represents and provides advice to clients on a wide variety of business issues, its litigation practice has been particularly successful, as evidenced by the numerous favorable judgments, decision and awards it has obtained, many of which can be viewed in the Practice Area section. Grant Law currently consists of attorney Paul Grant and his litigation support team.
